Freedom Title Services, LLC has been locally owned and operated since 2008. We are a full-service Title Company offering closing services in Tennessee, specializing in Residential and Commercial transactions, 1031 Exchanges, RON closings (for qualifying transactions) and a wide variety of other services. We issue both Owner's and Lender's Title Insurance coverage through Old Republic National Title Insurance Company to protect Homeowners interest in their property from hidden title defects and future financial loss.

At Freedom Title Services, LLC we offer a wide array of services to all the parties involved in a closing transaction. We work with all parties from the beginning of the transaction, until completion.

• Title Examination of the property to obtain pertinent information regarding interested parties, prior liens, unpaid taxes, etc.
• Prepare closing documents in accordance with Lender's closing instructions
• Account for all monies involved and distribution of funds, including payoff of current liens, cost due to the Lender, taxes, recording fees and state tax stamps, etc.
• Obtain proof of Homeowners Insurance for financed transactions
• Verify figures with the Lender and prepare the Closing Disclosure to account for all the costs that will be associated with your closing
• Recording of all documents related to the closing
• Explanation and Notarization of all closing documents
• Issuance of Title Commitments and policies for closed transactions, as well as Title Opinions for Lenders
• Warranty Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, Powers of Attorney, Notes, Deeds of Trust, etc.

All funds collected must be in the form of Certified funds in accordance with the Good Funds Settlement Act. These funds may be from the following and must arrive on or before the day of your scheduled closing:

• Cashier's Check (Bank Issued)
• Money Order
• Wire transfer
• Cash or personal check (up to $1,000.00)
